SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification and tracking number when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic orders within New Zealand: Flat fee of $7.20
Orders to Australia: Flat fee of $19
International orders: We offer international shipping to the following countries, Australia, Canada, England, Singapore, United States. If your country is not listed here please contact us and we will provide a shipping quote.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Shifting Consciousness is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How to check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately with photos of the items condition. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay the return shipping costs.
